Ricardo Cervantes Jauregui  

        Ricardo Cervantes started his artist expression at a very early age, painting and drawing in middle school. At age 11, He was introduced to sculpt on various materials and learned mold making and casting. Here in California, He has done work with many masters of painting, mural, and sculpting. Cervantes learned the art of stone sculpting as well as lost wax techniques, enhancing his skills as an artist. Currently, you can find his studio (@cervartestudio) in downtown Oakland at the art district where he is exhibiting weekly. "I am an artist who began studying plastic arts at an early age and works with different materials such as bronze, stone, wood,  clay, paper, plaster, and foam. Paint with watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastels. I emphasize on figure drawing and composition I use several techniques to create concepts, give shape and design to my drawings and art forms. I make master molds for bronze casting, waxes and resins".
